Notice of Meeting: The Auburn
Memorial Library Board of Trustees will hold its regular monthly
meeting at 4:30 p.m. on June 4, 2008 in the meeting room of
the library. This meeting is open to the public.
Individuals requiring physical or sensory accommodations should notify
the library 48 hours in advance of this meeting.
The following items are currently on the agenda:
1. Call to order. Reminder of Open Meeting Law posting on north
wall
2. Approval of May 2008 meeting minutes and monthly financial reports
3. Update and review of building addition plans, timelines, and
donations including grant applications.
4. Director's report including budget reports and current events
This agenda will be updated as necessary, and a copy available for
inspection in the Director's office during the hours the library is
open.
